



This quiche recipe takes a few minutes of prep, and results in a delectable, savory egg pie. A true brunch classic.
Bacon, Swiss, and Spinach Quiche

Ingredients
- 9" pie crust
- 1 lb bacon
- 2 c baby spinach, chopped and tightly packed
- 1½ c Swiss
- 1½ c heavy cream
- 6 large eggs
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375ºF. Cook the bacon, and set aside to drain.
- Prepare pie dish, by laying the pie crust and crimping the edges.
- Add eggs, cream, salt, and pepper to a medium bowl, and mix thoroughly.
- Crumble bacon, and add it to the pie crust. Layer spinach and shredded cheese on top. Pour the egg and cream mixture over your layered ingredients.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes, or until egg is fully cooked and top is golden brown. Let it cool briefly, and serve.
