Preheat the oven to 375ºF. Cook the bacon, and set aside to drain.
Prepare pie dish, by laying the pie crust and crimping the edges.
Add eggs, cream, salt, and pepper to a medium bowl, and mix thoroughly.
Crumble bacon, and add it to the pie crust. Layer spinach and shredded cheese on top. Pour the egg and cream mixture over your layered ingredients.
Bake for 25-35 minutes, or until egg is fully cooked and top is golden brown. Let it cool briefly, and serve.
