5 Minute Parmesan Polenta

Ingredients

  • 1 c Dell'alpe Instant Polenta (or similar instant polenta brand)
  • Water, as directed on polenta packaging
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter, unsalted
  • 3 tbsp parmesan cheese (freshly grated, or powder version)

Instructions

  • Cook polenta according to package instructions. Be sure to slowly add polenta into boiling water, while whisking, in order to avoid any lumps. Stir continuously.
  • Once polenta has finished cooking (about 5 min), add butter, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese. Whisk until all ingredients are fully incorporated, and serve!
